Returns, Damages, and Exchanges Policy

Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your product, you may request a return for any unused and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after date of delivery (calculated from the date of receipt) for a complete refund (excluding cost of sending and return shipping). Any items returned 30 days after date of delivery are subject to a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept any returns or exchanges 90 days after date of delivery.

Some exclusions may apply.

(Note: We can offer prepaid return labels at a cost discounted.)

Exchanges

You may request an exchange for any unused and undamaged merchandise up to 30 days after delivery (calculated from the date of receipt).

You are responsible for any return and sending shipping fees associated with an exchange.

The new item(s) will be shipped once we have received the returned item(s).

Damages and defect

If your order is damaged during transit or you notice any visual defects or errors, please contact us immediately. You must contact us within 14 days after delivery (calculated from the date of receipt) to request any replacements due to shipping damage or visual defects and errors.

To expedite a replacement process, please take digital pictures of the box, shipping label, and the merchandise.
