DELIVERY POLICY

Availability of delivery

Jet-Unit offers free home delivery within Canada with orders of three hundred dollars ($300.00) or more, before taxes. Orders under three hundred dollars ($300.00) before taxes are subject to a flat shipping fee of ten dollars ($10.00), which must be paid in full at the time of ordering.

Large orders may be delivered by pallet, which may result in additional delivery charges. Delivery to a P.O. Box is not possible, except for sample deliveries, which are sent via Canada Post.

Jet-Unit reserves the right not to make a delivery if it would result in excessive carrier charges, or if the destination address is not served by any carrier.

Remote areas

Orders to be delivered to remote areas, such as the provinces of Newfoundland and Labrador and the Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon, do not qualify for free shipping. If you live in a remote area, please contact Jet-Unit directly to find out about applicable shipping charges.

Choice of carrier

Jet-Unit reserves the right to select the carrier of its choice, depending on the goods to be delivered and their destination. The tracking number provided by the selected carrier, if any, will be communicated to you, being understood that Jet-Unit is under no obligation to select a carrier using tracking numbers.

Jet-Unit uses, at its sole discretion, the services of the following carriers: Canpar Express, DICOM, Purolator, Day & Ross, APEX, YRC Freight and Maritime-Ontario.

If you wish to have your order delivered by a specific carrier, you must provide this information to Jet-Unit at the time you place your order. Jet-Unit will attempt to accommodate your request, but it is at its sole discretion and any additional charges that may be incurred as a result of your request will be charged to you prior to shipment of the order.

Accuracy of coordinates

It is your responsibility to provide Jet-Unit with the correct address for your delivery at the time you place your order, and Jet-Unit will not be held responsible for any error, delay or failure to deliver caused by an incorrect delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address after the order has been placed, it is your responsibility to notify Jet-Unit directly and as soon as possible, being understood that Jet-Unit is under no obligation to do so and shall not be liable in the event that delivery is made to the address provided at the time of ordering. Any delivery not completed and returned to Jet-Unit will be reshipped to you at your expense.

Non-responsibility

Jet-Unit assumes no responsibility for damages that may result from delay in delivery, regardless of the cause of such delay, whether or not it is due to an event within Jet-Unit's control. 

Jet-Unit does not assume any risk of loss or breakage of the products from the moment it is given to the carrier responsible for delivery. It is your responsibility, upon receipt of the order, to ensure that the products received correspond to your order. You have fourteen (14) days following receipt of your order to inform us of any discrepancies that may exist between the order placed and the products received, all as more fully detailed in the Return Policy.

Shipping rules

Shipping is free with an order of 300$ or more. Orders of 299$ or less have a flat shipping charge of 10$.

Orders that are quite large can be delivered by pallet.

We use multiple carriers depending on the items to be sent and where they are sent to. The carriers most often used are: Canpar, Dicom, Purolator, Day & Ross, APEX, YRC, Maritime-Ontario.

If you want to have a specific carrier, you must mention this when placing your order. You may be charged additional fees before the products are shipped to you.

We cannot deliver to a PO Box, except for the samples that are sent by Canada Post.

You are responsible for verifying that there is no error in your address when placing the order, and for notifying us in advance if there is a change of address between placing the order and delivery. In the event that delivery is not possible, you will have to pay the transport costs for the second shipment.

When the order or part of the order is shipped to you, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail. This number will only be effective after the carrier has collected the package. It may take up to 24 business hours.

If you have any problem with the delivery, it is recommended that you give us a call so that we can contact the shipping company for you.

For orders picked up in store, you get a 5% discount on your order. If, however, you come to pick up the order partially and you wish to have the rest of the items delivered, the transport costs will be at your expense.
